Internship

By creating your profile on the Career Opportunities page, you can apply for our job announcements that you think are suitable for you. Your application will be carefully reviewed and you will be contacted if you meet the criteria for the position and are found eligible.

In order to measure the competencies identified for the position in our recruitment process, one-on-one interviews are held with the Human and Culture Department and relevant managers.

According to the requirements of the positions, the assessment process is completed by applying tests and/or case studies.

After the assessment process, reference interviews are held with the people with whom the candidates, who are deemed suitable, worked before regarding their previous experiences.
The candidate, who successfully completes the recruitment steps, is presented with a job offer by the Human and Culture Department, with an amount determined in line with Support to Life's Salary Policy*.

*Support to Life uses a level structure which is based on performance appraisal activities and formed by ranking the magnitudes of the jobs. The salary policy is determined according to this level structure, taking into account qualifications such as education, experience and foreign language.

University students who want to develop themselves in the field of humanitarian aid can apply to Support to Life for their mandatory internship within the scope of the projects.

Career Opportunities

As in the recruitment process, internship assessments are conducted with a competency-based interview, and an internship offer is presented to the eligible candidate by the Human and Culture Department.
